Friday, June 14th, junior and senior infants walked all the way to the town playground. We had great sport there! We then went to visit the Desmond castle. After spending some time here we went through the “magic door” which led us on to the river side! We were pleasantly surprised to see the grey heron standing in the river patiently waiting in the hope of catching a fish! We scared him further down river with all the excitement! We had a super day out and about in the fine weather.
