In Scoil Iósaf we love to promote Irish dancing. Irish dancing club is a fun and active dance class that involves all the elements of Irish dancing from easy reels and light jigs to treble reels and the St. Patrick’s Day dance. Classes are provided from Juniors to Sixth class. We incorporate social skills, games and stretching into our steps but most importantly we provide a safe and fun place to enjoy dancing and promote self confidence. Our students get to showcase their talents by performing on stage at school events throughout the year e.g. Grandparents day/ International Day.
